The Whatsapp Calling update was already available for Android OS from last year.
The Beta Version of Whatsapp Calling was available to Beta Testers of Windows Phone from a month.
But Finally Now its available for Windows Phone Too.

To get these both features in your Windows Phone, you will need to update your Whatspp. To do that, 

1. Go to Store > Settings
2. Scroll down and click on 'Check for updates".
